GET TO KNOW THE TEAM
Thank you for reaching out and looking for support. I’m Golmar Maleki, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Together we will empower you to take necessary steps in moving towards your goals.
I have proven experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds having trouble adjusting to changes in their lives. I can help you with issues including depression, anxiety, career transitions, relationship issues, and parenting problems. If you are a survivor of physical trauma or emotional abuse, I am able to effectively counsel you through the aftermath. I also have extensive experience treating women suffering from post-partum depression.
As a therapist, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused techniques in order to meet your needs and goals. I will encourage you to grow, but will never push you more than I think you can handle. We will work together to find the pace that works best for your goals and your personal experience. I’m looking forward to supporting and empowering you as you take the next steps towards mental health.
Hi! I’m Jessica Lu, Associate Clinical Social Worker
Therapy is a gentle process. It’s also a deeply personal and transformational process that takes courage. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing is not linear. Each client brings with them a unique story, personality, and worldview. My goals are to provide them with a radically accepting environment, to listen, and to understand and guide them through their individual journeys.
So what does therapy look like with me? I won’t sit and nod, or intently analyze you. I WILL challenge you and offer you different points of view. I often help people uncover old patterns, identify triggers, implement boundaries, confront past trauma, strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, and more. My eclectic style incorporates a wide range of treatment modalities including relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices.
While I work with a wide range of clients, I specialize in the following: Trauma/post traumatic stress, domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum depression, infertility, perinatal loss, parenthood challenges, LGBTQ issues, immigration hardship.
I am Veronica Velasquez-Rodarte, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I have experience in individual, couples, adolescent and child therapy. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, ADHD and difficulties adjusting to life changes and stress. I also have a special interest in working with women who are experiencing perinatal or postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.

I believe in the uniqueness of individuals and hope to be able to work with you on creating an individual treatment plan and help you move at your pace toward healing and change.
I understand life can be stressful and challenging at times. I hope to be able to provide support and guidance by helping you find more effective ways of dealing with challenges, as well as, make use of your strengths and coping skills to manage the situation. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment so you feel comfortable to explore difficult issues.
I hope to be able to work together with you towards improved emotional health, healthy relationships and overall, improved quality of life.
